Payment Options & Trading Terms

Parties and More is a wholesale business only selling to those who on sell the products directly or as part of their product.

No payments are taken over the website. If you do not have a credit account, you will be contacted once your order is ready.

Payment must be finalised before goods will be shipped.

Payment can be made by direct deposit, credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or cheque.

Credit Accounts

We do not offer credit accounts during the first 6 months however after that time 30 day accounts can be offered to businesses who meet our minimum monthly spend requirements. If you wish to discuss setting up an account, please phone and speak to our accounts department.

Discounts

Website prices are list prices. We offer discounts on larger purchases.

We will match any price you are currently paying if you purchase on a regular basis. Please call us to discuss.

Minimum order

When ordering via the website the minimum order total is $100.

Pricing Policy

All prices shown exclude G.S.T.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Freight

Freight is charged at a flat rate per order for most areas.

Melbourne metro $12 per order.

All other areas $16 per order.

Exceptions are Western Australia and far north Queensland where the freight will be calculated by the weight and size. Please note that bulk balloon weights and air filled foil balloons are excepted and may incur an extra charge.

Express satchels and boxes by Startrack freight will still be available.1kg express $12, 3kg express $15 and 5kg express $20

Shipping Times

Orders are normally shipped within two working days We will contact you by phone or email if we cannot send within this time.

If an order is urgent, please let us know by including a message in the shipping instructions. Same day couriers can be arranged (Melbourne metro only).
